Milford Regional has a new patient portal called MyHealthLink!

We are excited about MyHealthLink because it provides greater access to your pertinent health information than our former patient portal. Plus, for your convenience, we are offering a MyHealthLink mobile app to make accessing your health information even easier!*
On our new portal, you are able to:
- Access and manage your health information securely
- Review laboratory and diagnostic tests results beginning October 1, 2020
- Track medications and appointment information
- View discharge instructions
- Pay bills and view account details
- Receive hospital news and much more!
Click Tips on accessing test results on MyHealthLink:
- Click on the Test Name to see more detailed result information and previous result values
- Click on the "Date of Last Result" header title to sort by Date
- Click on the "Test" header title to sort by Test
