Attention Milford Regional Medical Center Patients

We are pleased to announce that on April 1, 2026, Milford Regional Medical Center will transition to UMass Memorial’s state-of-the-art electronic medical record system, called Epic.  At the same time, we will also switch to UMass Memorial’s patient portal, myChart.

You can continue to access and view your information in MyHealthLink; however, as part of our transition to myChart, you won’t be able to access some of the features in MyHealthLink as of March 20, 2026. See the email that was recently sent to all Milford Regional patients.

myChart

If you already have a UMass Memorial myChart account, your information will be transferred from MyHealthLink to your myChart account. MyHealthLink will be retired May 1, 2026.


If you do not have a myChart account, please sign up! You can:

  • Call 855-UMASS-MD (855-862-7763)
  • Self-Enroll via the UMass Memorial Health website or scan the QR code below with your mobile phone’s camera, and then select “Signup with your information

  • View results and visit notes
