MyHealthLink lets you manage your health information easily and securely through our website or mobile app. This includes:
- Lab and exam results
- Allergies and conditions
- Immunizations
- Medications
- Discharge Instructions
- Health Summary
- View and pay hospital bills
To enroll please visit the Portal website by clicking the link below and follow these steps for new user setup:
Sign Up/Login for MyHealthLink Here
Accessible login for visually impaired
- To enroll select “Create Account” tab at the top of sign in box
- Fill out fields including: Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth, Medical Record Number or Last Four Digits of Social Security Number, and email
- Press Submit
- Successful Enrollment message will appear and prompt patient to access their email
- This email will include instructions to finish enrollment and grant access to the Portal

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my enrollment failing?
To enroll you must be a registered patient (at least 18 years of age) at Milford Regional Medical Center and the information entered in the enrollment fields must match exactly what is in the system. For security reasons, if it is not a perfect match the enrollment will fail. Please contact Portal Support at PatientPortal@milreg.org or 508-422-2400 to complete enrollment if unsuccessful. Portal support office hours are Monday through Friday 7AM to 3:30PM.
Can I access a family member's portal?
To gain access to a family member's portal please contact Portal Support at
PatientPortal@milreg.org or 508-422-2400 to provide access. Please note proxy patient must be available to give verbal consent for Health Record access or a copy of their Power of Attorney or Guardianship papers must be provided or be on file.
Can I access my child's portal?
Portal access is only available for patients over the age of 18. Minors or their parent/guardian can request their medical records through Milford Regional's Correspondence Department or by calling 508-422-2487.
How do I pay my child's medical bills without portal access?
Please call the Billing Department at 508-422-2708
Can I print my reports and results from MyHealthLink?
Documents are printable only from a desktop device. Items cannot be printed mobile devices.
