Milford Regional Medical Center is committed to providing all of our patients with equal access to our high quality services and care. Milford Regional provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, including:
- 24/7 access to in-person American sign language interpreters or remote video American sign language interpretation services

Auxiliary aids including signature guides, full page magnifiers, magnifying glass with lights, braille/speak back phone, large print and braille version of the Health Care Proxy, and sound amplifiers. These auxiliary aids are available upon request by contacting the manager of Interpreter Services or the clinical nursing supervisor.
Milford Regional provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, including:
- 24/7 remote video language interpretation to ensure support for over 100 languages spoken by our patient population.
- Information written in other languages
