Strawberry Lemonade Protein Shake

Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder

1 cup prepared sugar free lemonade (use Crystal Light or Sugar Free Kool-Aid)

3-4 medium sized frozen or fresh strawberries

4-5 ice cubes

Directions

Mix in blender until smooth.
