Peppermint Mocha Protein Shake

(Stage 3 or 4 Diet)

Ingredients

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup of fresh decaf coffee OR 1 tsp of instant coffee

4 oz water

4 oz milk (skim, lactaid or light soy)

1 teaspoon peppermint extract or 1 tbsp sugar free mint flavoring

Directions

Place liquid in the blender first, then powder.

Blend on low and increase to high until mixed well.
