Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake

(Stage 3 or 4 Diet)

Ingredients

8 oz water OR 4 oz milk + 4 oz water

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 tablespoon peanut butter (smooth or powdered)

2-3 ice cubes

Directions

Place liquid in the blender first, then powder, then additions.  

Blend on low and increase to high until mixed well.
