Candy Cane Protein Shake

(Stage 3 or 4 Diet)

Ingredients

8 oz vanilla soy milk OR fat free milk

1 scoop/serving vanilla protein powder

1 Tbsp sugar-free peppermint syrup (like Torani) OR 2 drops of peppermint extract

2-3 ice cubes

 

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with optional whipped cream and candy if desired
