Blueberry Muffin Protein Shake

(Stage 5 Diet)

Ingredients

1 ready to drink vanilla protein shake OR 1 serving of vanilla protein powder + 8oz milk

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Dash of cinnamon

3-4 ice cubes

 

Directions

Place all ingredients in the blender and mix on high until desired consistency is reached.

Top with sugar free whipped topping if desired and additional cinnamon.
