Apple Pie Protein Shake

(Stage 5 Diet)

Ingredients

1/2 small apple (chopped) or ½ cup no sugar added applesauce

4-5  ice cubes

1/3 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon

 

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth, garnish with an extra dash of cinnamon
