Prune Glazed Brussel Sprouts


8 cups brussel sprouts, halved

8 garlic cloves

6 Sunsweet prunes

2 tablespoons of low-sodium tamari/soy sauce

1/4 cup olive oil

Salt, to taste



  1. Preheat the oven to 400F
  2. Add the brussel sprouts to a parchment paper-lined baking dish
  3. In a food processor, add the garlic, prunes, tamari/soy, and olive oil
  4. Pulse until you have a consistent paste
  5. Add this paste to the baking dish, and massage it into the brussel sprouts with your hands, until all of them are evenly coated
  6. Pop into the oven for 25 minutes. Let cool, and add salt to taste. Enjoy!
