Pass It On...Give Thanks to Hospital Staff

Pass It On...

The staff at Milford Regional has been working selflessly to provide the best possible care for our patients during this unprecedented time of crisis. We have been overwhelmed by the generosity of our community through donations of personal protective equipment, supplies, meals and more. We are extremely grateful for your support.

We have received messages from neighbors, friends and children expressing their gratitude of our healthcare professionals while they continue to wage the war against COVID-19. We wanted to share these messages so that the entire staff can appreciate the uplifting and motivating words from our wonderful community.

If you would like to share a note of thanks or encouragement, please fill out the form below. We will post the messages we receive on this page.

Your Notes of Thanks, Encouragement and Gratitude

I would like to say thank you so much for the wonderful care I have gotten each time I have gone to the ER. Both  my Mom and myself were treated with kindness and respect. It's a very scary time we are all going through and you all are there to help and make things better for each and every person that comes through those doors. You also saved my Mom's life last year and she'll be 101 in February! I wish I could remember all the names, I wrote them down but can't find the paper! I would also like to thank my friend Anne Pendelton. She is a great nurse and I am so grateful for her. I wish all of you love, peace and happiness...God bless... Karen C.

I would like to take this platform to offer my sincere gratitude for all those at Milford Regional Medical Center. Thank you for participating in the fight against Covid-19. Many people put their faith and trust in you to care for their family members and friends in this time of need when they can’t, and for that I want to say that we are grateful. We are grateful for your courage, your strength, your determination during these stressful times. We at home are doing our part to wear masks, social distance, keep our areas and spaces clean, but that doesn’t even amount to the tremendous amount of work you all do on the front lines of this pandemic. We are grateful for each and every one of you and know that we are here for you, applauding how truly brave you all are for stepping into this Medical Center every day. We, at home, are all proud of you. I hope that you are proud of you too! Forever in our hearts!  Dorcas A.

I would like to say that all your hard work and sacrifices during this critical time is hard to deal with and you are highly appreciated.  I hope everything is going well for you, but if not, I hope this passage from Philippians 4:6-7 will strengthen you: "Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus." Although we're not expecting that God will take away all of our problems in an instant, we're assured that He will give us strength and peace of mind that will enable us to endure and overcome our problems especially during this Covid-19 crisis. Keep safe. We're including you in our prayers. - anonymous.

Thank you so much for your courage during these unprecedented times! Your dedication in caring for our sick and ailing family and friends, when we are unable to, is truly a blessing to us all! We will NEVER forget the tremendous sacrifices you have made! I am doing my part to hasten the end of this scourge by wearing a mask, maintaining social distancing, and washing my hands frequently in the hopes you can go back to a more normal life as soon as possible. Thank you, thank you, 1,000 times, thank you for all that you have done over the past 6 months and all that you will do to keep us healthy! - Dan R.

I would just like to say thank you for all you have done with the COVID-19. During this stressful time you have been very kind to anyone who has come to the hospital. This pandemic was something unexpected but your hospital has been a strength for the community. I know it was tough in the beginning with the limited supplies available to you. Your hospital staff continues to sacrifice lots of things such as not spending time with your families. It is hard to take care of patients and keep yourselves and your families healthy and safe. Thank you again for supporting the community and keeping us well. - Andrew M.

Thank you to the staff at Milford Regional Medical Center for your brave work during such an unprecedented time. No matter how hard it may get, remember the millions of people who are cheering you on, as we fight through this together. We are all rooting for you, and are grateful for the amazing job you all have done. - Devin W.
