Description

Fit Happens! is a fun, medium intensity fitness class that incorporates cardiovascular moves, muscle toning, core, glutes and flexibility routines to give you a total body workout! Benefits include improved muscle strength and tone, along with increased bone density and flexibility. Participants should have 1- to 2-lb. weights (or the equivalent in household items such as water bottles or canned goods) that can be used during the toning portion of the class.
