Our patient liaison is available to assist patients and their families with questions or concerns related to their experience at Milford Regional. Such issues may include, but are not limited to, quality of care, staff interactions, access to care, general assistance and information. Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC)

At Milford Regional, we know that to deliver the highest standard of quality healthcare, it is important that we listen to our patients, their families and the community. Our Patient and Family Advisory Council serves as the “patient voice” by providing the perspective of these individuals in the hospital organizational decision-making process. The members of the council include patients, family members and staff who offer valuable opinions and suggestions that positively affect patient care and family experiences.
