Free parking is available in the Visitors Lot located on Route 140. Additional parking can be found behind the hospital and is reached by following signs for the Hill Health Center. Complimentary valet parking is also available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Pediatrics
Our Pediatric unit encourages the family to be actively involved in a child’s care, while rooming-in services offer comfort and security. There is 24-hour coverage provided by Milford Regional’s PediTeam, seven board-certified pediatricians who will work hand in hand with your pediatrician to provide your child with around-the-clock quality care.
Pediatrics Visiting Hours for parents and siblings are anytime. All other visitors may come between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Pedi Team Services
The PediTeam at Milford Regional Medical Center is a group of highly skilled pediatricians who provide 24-hour in-house coverage. The group was formed as a collaboration between Milford Regional and the UMass Memorial Department of Pediatrics. The seven pediatricians in the group are all board-certified and hold faculty appointments at UMass Medical School.
The PediTeam physicians are available 24 hours a day to cover high-risk deliveries, admit and manage patients on the pediatric floor and work with community pediatricians to provide seamless after-hours care. They are also available for consultation in the Emergency Department and throughout the hospital.
KidCare PM
It’s inevitable that children can develop earaches or spike fevers on a Saturday afternoon. Now there’s a way for them to get personal care even when your pediatrician’s staff is not available to see them on the weekends or a holiday. KidCare PM is a hospital-based pediatric office available to pediatricians in our community as a way of providing acute care. With your pediatrician’s referral, your children can be seen by members of the PediTeam in the KidCare PM office, open on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 12 noon to 7:00 p.m.

Pediatric patients are seen only by referral from their primary care group. KidCare PM offers the same type of care your pediatric office would provide (i.e. fever evaluation, asthma management, etc.) After a child is seen at KidCare PM, the notes are faxed to the primary care provider’s office and the family is encouraged to follow up the next day. |
