With nine convenient locations, Milford Regional’s laboratory services provide easy access to quality healthcare. Many of the sites have extended hours making it convenient for you to attend to the health of the entire family. Our sites are designed to be welcoming and our staff sensitive to your personal needs and concerns. Plus, when it comes to children, many of our locations are designed specifically with them in mind.
Children receive special attention at our child-friendly sites where staff has extensive pediatric lab experience. They know how to make your child feel more comfortable through the use of distractions such as toys and stuffed animals. In addition, these sites are specifically equipped to meet the needs of children with exam tables for infants and babies and draw chairs that adjust to accommodate an adult holding a child.
Fast service and quick test results are what we strive for every day. Regardless of whom your doctor is or where the practice is located, we can fulfill your laboratory order and get the test results back to your doctor quickly.
Our comprehensive routine and emergency testing continually evolve as new technology and improved methodologies are available. Our laboratory recently underwent an extensive renovation to install Total Lab Automation, the latest in robotic and informatics technology. This cutting edge system, typically not available in a community medical center setting, includes a conveyer belt, online centrifuge and multiple robots that keep specimens moving into our analyzers. Test results are available to physicians within minutes due to the improved turnaround time.
