At Milford Regional our focus is on providing quality care. However, it is hard sometimes to define “quality healthcare.” We use the Institute of Medicine’s definition of quality healthcare - care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient and patient-centered. It is our belief that the care we provide should meet these values.
The “quality” bottom line for you, your family and our community is the same for us - that the right patient gets the right treatment at the right time in the same way as if the patient were a member of our family too.
