Chia Seed Pudding and Parfait

INGREDIENTS for Pudding:

    • 3/4 cup Almond Milk
    • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
    • 1 Tablespoon Honey 
    • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    • 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

INGREDIENTS for Parfait:

    • 2-3 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips
    • 1 banana sliced. 

DIRECTIONS:

PUDDING:

    • Mix almond milk, PB, honey and vanilla in a blender or food processor.
    • Add chia seeds, mix and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

PARFAIT:

    • In a tall glass layer pudding, banana and chocolate chips until you run out of pudding.

TIPS:

    • You can substitute any milk, peanut butter, or fruit, as well as maple syrup for honey.
    • Refrigerate the pudding overnight and it is an easy breakfast to morning snack.
