Dr. Stuart Dunbar
Dr. Dunbar received his degree in medicine from Trinity College Dublin School of Medicine in Dublin, Ireland in 1984. He completed an internship at Adelaide Hospital in Dublin followed by a residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA in anesthesiology. Dr. Dunbar completed a fellowship in pain management at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and a research fellowship in pain management at the University of California San Diego in San Diego. He is board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine.
Before joining Milford Regional, Dr. Dunbar was director of the Pain Management Center at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA and the director of Baystate’s Pain Fellowship Program.
Dr. Dunbar’s medical interests include pain management, cancer pain management, back and neck spinal pain, spinal cord stimulation, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, facial neuralgia and peripheral nerve injury.
