TeamWork Occupational Health Services understands how to manage work-related injuries and does it effectively by providing fast, appropriate diagnoses and treatment with early medical intervention and rehabilitation. Clinicians address concerns of the employee and his or her employer, through open communication with all concerned parties, striving toward a common goal of returning the employee to work, in modified or full duty, as soon as it is appropriate.
In addition to injury care, TeamWork boasts a complete list of routine testing and diagnostics as well as programs that are preventive in nature.
We Support Our Community Businesses
We at TeamWork recognize the importance of employing people who are physically able to perform the job functions, keeping the workforce healthy and treating employees appropriately when they are injured on the job so they may return to work in a timely manner.
TeamWork Occupational Health offers companies a way to ensure that these steps are taken. The clinic operates under the standards set by such agencies as the Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Department of Transportation (DOT) and Department of Public Health (DPH).
At Milford Regional, we support our communities’ businesses and their employees by offering the following services:

Pre-Placement Screening
The TeamWork Clinical Director will work with your company (e.g., safety officer, Human Resources personnel) to devise a plan of utilizing specialized tools for screening and evaluating potential employees for specific occupations.
Fast, Effective Treatment of Industrial Accidents
TeamWork Occupational Health is available for injury care Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our clinicians are certified in Occupational Health and are able to care for employees from the time of acute injury, through rehabilitation and their return to work. Access to care is open to any employee with a work-related injury. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. The TeamWork staff is equipped to treat mild to moderate injuries, providing suturing, splinting and evaluating. Our case-managing capabilities ensure prompt approvals from Workers’ Compensation insurance carriers for diagnostic tests.
Promoting Healthy Habits

TeamWork also offers a variety of health promotion programs that can be provided on-site at your business’s location. TeamWork staff members are available, by appointment, for on-site services — respirator-fit testing, phlebotomy services and vaccine injections — or for general health education for your employees. Our services include:
- Health fair booths (blood pressure evaluations, ergonomic evaluations)
- Flu vaccination, Hepatitis B vaccination
- Work-site evaluations
- Company walk-through evaluations
