An x-ray is high-energy radiation that, in low doses, is used to produce images of the internal structure of the body.

Location
Milford Regional offers x-ray services at four convenient locations. Please note that only chest and bone x-rays are performed at Franklin Medical Center and Milford Regional at Whitinsville. All other procedures are performed at the main Medical Center in Milford. Please see the list at the right for more information about each location.
*X-ray services are also available at the Cancer Center across the street from the Milford Regional main campus. For no waiting, walk in patients are encouraged to go to the Diagnostic Imaging Department on the first floor of the Cancer Center.
