| Description: This free support group is for breastfeeding women and their babies to help women reach their breastfeeding goals. The group is also open to all pregnant and breastfeeding women regardless of where they deliver their babies. Topics include coping with myths, surviving the early weeks of breastfeeding, night feedings and combining breastfeeding and returning to work. The nurturing environment offers an opportunity for breastfeeding women to support and encourage each other, and provides the services of a Lactation Counselor or Consultant to answer questions.
