  Are you confused by nutrition labels and media advertisement about the health benefits of certain foods? Learn how to choose products that meet low carbohydrate, low sodium and low fat guidelines AND will help improve your blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol.  This tour that will be led by Milford Regional Registered Dietitians. 

Pre-registration is required as the number of participants is limited to 20. (NO CHILDREN PLEASE!)  Registered participants should meet at Hannaford Supermarket, 7 Medway Road (Route 109) Milford at 6:30 p.m.

   The colder weather and shorter days are getting closer.  Did you know that higher blood sugar levels are more common in the winter?  If you tend to hibernate during the winter months, this program is for you.  Learn how to get more active in the comfort of your own home.  Try exercise equipment like bands, DVDs and pedometers to see what works for you.  Learn how using a Wii system with children can help you control your blood sugar while having a good time.
