In some cases, the cost of the class on the registration form differs because the form is from the spring session. Some of the summer sessions are 8-weeks in length and the fees are pro-rated to reflect the lower number of weeks in the summer session.

Hand reflexology is a natural, non-invasive therapy that supports the body’s ability to restore and maintain homeostasis. Individuals will learn to work on themselves and others as a way to help reduce stress and to help alleviate symptoms associated with common ailments. In this self-help workshop the attendee will learn the basics of hand reflexology. Please Note: This class is limited to 12 participants. |

Kundalini yoga is a powerful combination of stretching, exercise, chanting, breathwork, meditation and relaxation, which works the entire mind/body system. Pilates is designed to restore balance and improve control of your body both mentally and physically. The repertoire consists of exercises that promote elongated and toned muscles, while emphasizing the body's core through stabilization of the pelvis, ribcage and shoulder girdle. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. A towel or mat can be used if desired. |

Do you have chronic back pain? Research shows that yoga can offer self management and pain relief through its focus on stretching, strengthening and breathing techniques. The class is taught by a licensed Physical Therapist who is also a certified Yoga Instructor. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
