Patient Satisfaction Quality Measures
Patients are surveyed upon their discharge from Milford Regional Medical Center. Historically we have had a high rate of response from our patients. During the months from October 2006 through September 2007, 41 percent, or 642 patients, completed our patient satisfaction survey.
How Did Patients Rate Milford Regional?
On a scale of 0 to 10, with 0 being the worst hospital and 10 being the best, 65 percent of the patients who responded rated Milford Regional Medical Center a 9 or a 10. Twenty-seven percent rated Milford Regional a 7 or 8.
Would Patients Recommend Milford Regional to Others?
Seventy-six percent of our patients who responded said they would definitely recommend Milford Regional Medical Center and 20 percent said they would probably recommend Milford Regional.
