Milford Regional's expansion includes a new kitchen and cafeteria where visitors and staff will enjoy a broader menu and quicker service. Convenient food stations will offer salad, grill, entrée, express and beverage.

Milford Regional's surgical services are now conveniently situated in one central location. If you should have to visit us, much of your pre-admission testing will take place at the new Pre-Admission Testing area. After surgery, including day surgery, you will recover in our new Recovery/PACU area. A pleasant waiting area is also available for family and friends.
Eight, new state-of-the-art operating rooms replace the six operating rooms previously located on the third floor. These new operating rooms are designed to accommodate the very latest technologies available both now and in the future. Two of the operating rooms are equipped with special air flow capabilities which provide an added layer of protection against infections during sensitive orthopedic procedures.
Here is one of six, new, private postpartum rooms where mom can rest in a quiet, peaceful wing of the hospital. Renovations to the Maternity Center will be complete by 2005 and will create all private maternity rooms... of which three will include whirlpool labor tubs. A special Family Room will also be added to provide overnight accommodations for moms that have been discharged, as well as the baby's father, when the baby requires a longer stay.
Milford Regional's beautifully designed nursery accommodates 16 bassinets and adds a private breastfeeding suite for mom and baby.
An attractive, new medical/surgical floor includes 20 private rooms and two double rooms. Nine of the rooms are equipped to accommodate patients who need special monitoring.
