Cancer Survivors’ Day Celebration
Planting the Seeds of Survivorship
Monday, June 9, 2008
The hot weather couldn’t wilt the spirits of cancer survivors and their families and friends at the annual Cancer Survivors Day held on June 9 at the Cancer Center at Milford Regional. Approximately 200 people gathered under a tent for food, fellowship and live music provided by Jerry Seeco & Friends. Attendees were encouraged to wear their maddest hatter hat while employees of the Cancer Center performed a line dance!
